Currently serving as Manager of IT & Business Systems at True Terpenes since October 2021, Kim previously held roles at Lightspeed, Thermo Fisher Scientific, and Planar Systems, focusing on Salesforce implementation, Microsoft Dynamics support, and complex pricing solutions. Kim’s expertise includes technical production support, system enhancements, and agile project management, alongside a strong history of delivering significant ERP and CRM upgrades. Kim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Languages and Literature from Portland State University, with dual majors in French and German.
