Kelsey Waughon

Kelsey Waughon is a seasoned marketing and coatings technology professional with extensive experience in diverse roles. As Marketing Director and Director At Large at Theatre 121 since July 2022, Kelsey brings creative leadership to the organization. Kelsey has served in various capacities, including Board President and Treasurer, for the Chicago Society for Coatings Technology since May 2018, advancing the field of coatings technology since its inception in 1920. Additionally, Kelsey contributes as an author to The Polyamorous Millennial, advocating for diverse relationship models like polyamory. Kelsey's technical expertise is demonstrated through a long-term role as a Chemist at True Value Company, focusing on color chemistry and cross-functional collaboration.
