Dave Stouffer

Dave Stouffer currently serves as Executive Vice President at True Velocity, a position held since December 2021. Prior to this, Dave Stouffer amassed a wealth of experience at General Dynamics from September 2003 to December 2021, where roles included Senior Program Manager, Director of Business Development and Marketing, and various engineering and management positions. Previous experience includes serving as Service Manager at Agway Energy Products and as an Infantry Officer in the US Army from May 1993 to December 2001, with notable assignments in Alaska and Korea. Dave Stouffer holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Clarkson University, along with a Graduate Certificate in Systems Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.
