Courtney Graham is the Chief People Officer at TrueAccord. Courtney has over 20 years of experience in human resources and has held senior positions at Four Winds Interactive, ProService Hawaii, and ReadyTalk.

Courtney is a strategic HR leader who is passionate about developing people and building strong, inclusive cultures. Courtney has a proven track record of improving employee engagement and retention, developing leaders, and driving organizational change.

Courtney holds a bachelor's degree in human resources from the University of Colorado. Courtney is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Courtney Graham has a B.A. in Speech from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, an M.B.A from the University of Phoenix, and has completed The Leadership Architect 101 from Lominger International - A Korn/Ferry Company. Courtney is also a Certified Voices 360 Feedback Facilitator and Certified Trainer/Facilitator in Fierce Conversations, Accountability, and Negotiation from Fierce Conversations.
