Mark Ravanesi

Mark Ravanesi is the current CEO of TrueAccord Group. Prior to this, they served as Director at Bridgeforce LLC from July 2013 to March 2019. In this role, they helped companies in the consumer and small businesses financial services industry solve pressing challenges and capitalize on new and emerging opportunities. Mark also served as Head of Credit & Debt at Direct Energy from May 2012 to July 2013, where they were responsible for customer credit including fraud prevention, accounts receivable management, customer assistance, collections, debt recovery, and credit operations for Direct Energy Residential. Before that, Mark was the Head of Collections & Recovery Strategy at Barclays Bank from January 2010 to April 2012 and the Director of Collections Strategy at Discover Financial Services from August 2006 to December 2009. Mark began their career in collections strategy, reporting, and analytics at GE Money in January 2004 and held this position until December 2006.

Mark Ravanesi received a Bachelors degree in Business and Psychology from Arizona State University.
