Kristy Willis

Kristy Willis is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales, operations, and financial management within the staffing industry. Currently serving as President and Chief Sales & Operations Officer at PeopleReady since August 2018, Kristy has held multiple leadership roles, including Chief Sales Officer. Prior to joining PeopleReady, Kristy was with The Adecco Group from 2005 to 2017, overseeing the Western Division with $800M in revenues and managing a team of over 500 colleagues across 19 states. Kristy's career at Adecco began in 1998, and the solid educational foundation includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from San Diego State University.
