Mary Kay Elfman, CPT, is an experienced professional with a strong background in training and development, currently self-employed since March 2019, and serving as the Director of Service Training and Performance at TrueBlue Inc. since September 2014. Prior roles include Manager of Learning and Development at The Cobalt Group, Director of Training and Development at Insperity, and Manager of Analysis & Design Group at Administaff. Throughout a career spanning over three decades, Mary Kay has led teams in instructional design, performance improvement, and training program development, leveraging a systematic approach to enhance workplace performance and align training initiatives with business objectives. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Management from Our Lady of the Lake University and an Associate of Arts in Business from Kingwood College.
