Matt Anton

Matt Anton, CCP, currently serves as the Compensation Manager at TrueBlue Inc., where responsibilities include designing compensation strategies and developing a global job architecture for over 4,000 employees. Prior to TrueBlue, Matt worked as the Incentive Compensation Manager at PayScale, Inc., focusing on compensation policies and incentive plans. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Compensation Analyst at Lowe's Companies, Inc., managing compensation programs, and as a Senior Analyst for Time Warner Cable & NaviSite, where significant improvements in commission processes were achieved. Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Miami.
