Tyler Flinchbaugh

Tyler Flinchbaugh is an experienced Human Resources professional with a solid background in HR management and operations. Currently serving as Human Resources Business Manager at TrueBlue Inc. since November 2021, Tyler has previously held roles such as HRBP and Lead Analyst at Rational, and served in various HR positions at Slalom and Zones, Inc. Tyler began a career in customer service at Scarff Ford prior to transitioning to HR. Academically, Tyler holds a Master of Arts in Social Sustainable Management from Seattle Pacific University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Washington Tacoma, along with an Associate's Degree from Green River College.
