Sergio Romoli

Sergio Romoli is an experienced executive in the technology and consulting sectors, currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer at Trueblue since January 2024, focusing on driving growth in Italian and international markets through sales, marketing, and partnerships. Prior to this, Sergio held various leadership roles at Microsoft from November 2015 to September 2023, including Industry Lead for Retail & CPG in Western Europe, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing the Business Applications unit across 12 countries. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior Advisor at 2R Capital S.p.A. and a Professor at Istituto Europeo di Design specializing in Digital Disruption and Fashion Marketing. Earlier in the career, Sergio worked at SAP in multiple senior roles, including Vice President for EMEA Value Engineering, and holds an MBA from SDA Bocconi and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Università degli Studi di Firenze.
