Avinash Verma is a skilled Customer Success Manager with extensive experience in post-sales management across various domains, including Communication Platform as a Service and Conversational Messaging. Currently at Truecaller since March 2023, Avinash leads customer onboarding for Verified Business Caller ID and SMS ID solutions, enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.
