Vinay Penta

Vinay Penta is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Product Manager at Truecaller since January 2023, Vinay successfully expanded the Number Intelligence offering to 12 paid BFSI customers within a year and attained a performance rating of 4/5 for 2025. Previously, as the Product Owner and subsequently Product Manager at Jio Tesseract, Vinay led the JioGlass mobile application project and earned a Kick-starter award for outstanding contributions. At Hexaware Technologies, Vinay held the role of Manager focusing on mobile applications for a hospitality group, where responsibilities included requirements gathering and defining user stories. Initial career experience includes a summer internship at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, mapping user flows for a tender management platform, and a position as an Application Developer at Oracle, where significant enhancements were made to transition products to mobile platforms. Vinay holds a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a B.Tech. in Electronics Engineering from Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute.
