Faye Iosotaluno

Faye Iosotaluno recently stepped down as CEO of Tinder, capping off a key leadership chapter at one of the world’s most recognized dating platforms. During her tenure, she helped guide the company through a highly competitive digital dating landscape, with a focus on product innovation, user engagement, and operational alignment across Match Group’s portfolio. Before taking the CEO role, she served as Chief Strategy Officer at Match Group, where she helped shape long-term growth initiatives and led major business development efforts.

Iosotaluno joined Match Group in 2017 as SVP of New Business Initiatives, and prior to that, was VP of Strategy & Business Development at SoundCloud. Her career has consistently focused on scaling platforms and expanding user ecosystems at the intersection of tech, media, and consumer behavior. She currently serves on the board of TrueCar and holds degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and Harvard Business School.
