Victoria Roberson

Victoria Roberson currently serves as an Implementation Specialist II at TrueCommerce, starting in January 2024. Prior to this, Victoria held various roles in client services at Ease Logistics, including Client Services Specialist, Team Lead, and Representative, focusing on coordinating deliveries and managing shipping information. Victoria's experience also includes working as an Operations Logistics Intern at Kitu Life Inc. Super Coffee, assisting with EDI automation and fulfillment processes. While at The Ohio State University, Victoria contributed as a Student Analyst, providing customer service and IT troubleshooting, and conducted quantitative research as a Research Assistant. Victoria holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The Ohio State University, along with an Honors Diploma from Elyria High School.
