Jessica Chang

Jessica Chang has extensive experience in customer success roles, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at TrueContext since January 2023, following a similar position at Kallidus from February 2021 to January 2023. At Kallidus, Jessica contributed to the advancement of the Sapling People Operations Platform, known for enhancing employee experience by streamlining workflows. Previously, Jessica held the role of Community Engagement Manager and Customer Success Manager at Procurify from January 2014 to December 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing spend management solutions. Jessica holds a certification in Front-End Web Development from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, completed in 2020.
