Noah Ketterman

Noah Ketterman is a Product Owner at Truefit. Prior to joining Truefit, Noah was with Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield from June 2008 to May 2016, where they served as Product Owner and Scrum Master.

At Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield, Noah oversaw delivery of a $3 million+ project web portal portfolio, which included development of a new provider directory and enhancements to a healthcare procedure cost estimating tool. Noah also created, groomed, and refined the program’s backlog of work using the Agile methodology by soliciting capabilities and epics from multiple customers and prioritizing them in a way that kept the delivery team working on the most critical needs for each customer with stake in the program.

Noah used multiple planning methods to forecast yearly and quarterly demand in order to ensure that the right amount of project resources were available to deliver each capability in the backlog on time and within budget. Noah also provided oversight and leadership on the concept of Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to keep the group focused on meeting the critical needs of each customer which allowed the primary project in the portfolio to meet the need date despite multiple challenges realized throughout the life of the project.

Noah Ketterman has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Waynesburg University in Finance and Financial Management Services, and a Bachelor's degree from Grove City College in Marketing/Marketing Management, General. Noah also has a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from the Highmark Internal Training Program in Project: Reduction of Defects with Requirement Root Causes.
