Aditya Kalro

Aditya Kalro is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in machine learning and software engineering, currently serving as Director of Applied AI and Engineering at Amazon since September 2023. In this role, Aditya leads a team focused on developing infrastructure and tooling to enhance the Search ML development lifecycle. As an Angel Investor at TrueFoundry, Aditya supports automation in the ML pipeline for data scientists and ML engineers. Prior experience includes a Senior Engineering Manager position at Google, where Aditya worked on intelligent security for Google Cloud, and a similar role at Meta, leading initiatives to simplify ML workflows. Aditya's earlier career includes significant contributions at Microsoft and Yahoo!, developing advertising solutions and security systems. Aditya holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
