With a background in HR and administration, Shilpa has previously held management positions at Ideas Software and Consulting Pvt Ltd, Coppeweb Solutions, and Vati Consulting Pvt Ltd. Additionally, Shilpa has experience as a Team Lead at GTL Ltd, a BPO company. Shilpa holds a PGDHR degree from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a BCom degree from Somaiya College of Arts and Commerce.
