Lyndsay Mouchantat

Lyndsay Mouchantat is a strategic account manager with extensive experience in customer success and account management across various industries. Currently at TrueLearn since January 2021, Lyndsay has assisted in communications with benefits and HR professionals, building on prior roles at Aetna and Rapid7, where responsibilities included managing customer renewals and ensuring product engagement for a large customer base. Previous roles also include customer success associate and client coordinator at 20/20 Onsite, and various internships focused on organizational tasks and community engagement. Lyndsay holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Bates College.
