Rufat Nadir

Rufat Nadir has a strong background in quality assurance and automation testing. Rufat started their career in 2008 at Ness Technologies as an Administrative Localization & Software QA engineer, where they played a key role in creating a new version of Command & Control Strategic application. Rufat translated the application UI and database to customer languages and tested the localized version of the software.

In 2011, Rufat joined EFI as a Software QA Engineer, where they tested software on different platforms and reported bugs. Rufat also installed and configured print servers for various test scenarios.

Rufat then worked at Moderro Technologies as a Senior QA Engineer in 2012, where they continued to contribute to QA testing and engineering efforts. Rufat also took on the role of Lead Quality Assurance Engineer at Cisco Systems in the same year. In this role, they created and maintained an automation test framework, wrote test plans and cases, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to address issues.

In 2014, Rufat joined Bluescape.com as a Lead QA Automation Engineer, and later transitioned to Cisco as a Lead QA Engineer, focusing on web-based applications and thin clients. Rufat provided support and collaboration across teams, evaluated test automation tools, and hosted regular meetings with both QA and development teams.

From 2015 to 2016, Rufat worked at Fidelity Charitable as a QA Automation Engineer, specifically responsible for functional QA automation. Rufat worked in an Agile scrum team, providing QA solutions and automation for various applications.

Lastly, Rufat founded Azera Consulting in 2018 and served as the Founder and CEO. In this role, they likely utilized their extensive experience in quality assurance and automation to provide consulting services related to software testing and QA processes.

Most recently, Rufat joined TrueML in 2020 as a Staff Quality Assurance Engineer, where they continue to contribute their expertise in QA testing and automation.

Rufat Nadir attended Baku State University from 1998 to 2002, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in International Law and Legal Studies. In December 2015, they also obtained a certification as a Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance.
