Ruth Hicks

Ruth Hicks has extensive experience in procurement, vendor management, and operations management. Ruth currently holds the position of Director, Procurement & Vendor Management at TrueML, where they have been responsible for establishing and iterating standardized procurement and vendor management processes, resulting in significant cost savings. Ruth has also managed the contract lifecycle of over 320 vendor relationships across three subsidiaries. In addition, Ruth has played a key role in the acquisition of the firm ERC, leading vendor consolidation, audit program merging, and renegotiation/exiting of non-value add vendor relationships.
