Andrew Mills

Andrew Mills has a diverse work experience history. Andrew began their career as a Loan Processing Assistant at Hills Bank and Trust Company in May 2012. In September 2012, they transitioned to Mutual of Omaha, where they worked as a Registered Representative until August 2014. Andrew then joined TrueNorth Companies, L.C. in August 2014 as a Junior Financial Analyst. Over the years, they progressed through various roles at TrueNorth, including Financial Analyst, Director of Client Services, and Senior Director of Client Services. Currently, Andrew holds the position of Principal and Vice President of Operations at TrueNorth Companies, L.C., starting in January 2023.

Andrew Mills pursued their education in a systematic manner. Andrew began their academic journey in 2005 at Regina High School, where they completed their high school education. In 2008, they enrolled at Kirkwood Community College and obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management, General in 2010. Following this, Mills continued their education at Illinois College from 2010 to 2012, earning a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Accounting. Finally, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Webster University from 2012 to 2015.
