Julie Estenson Phr

Julie Estenson, PHR, SHRM-CP, has a diverse and extensive background in human resources. Julie most recently served as the Director of Human Resources at TrueNorth Companies, L.C. starting in April 2020. Prior to that, they held the position of Human Resources Manager at the same company from July 2012 to March 2020. Before joining TrueNorth Companies, Julie worked as the Human Resources Coordinator at Linn County from October 2008 to July 2012. Julie began their career at Manpower as a Branch Manager from October 2005 to October 2008. Julie's experience spans over an impressive period of more than 15 years, showcasing their expertise and commitment in the field of human resources.

Julie Estenson, PHR, SHRM-CP graduated from Coe College in 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration. Additionally, Julie has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2015, they became a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). In 2021, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). Most recently, in December 2022, they completed the Women Lead Change Elevate Graduate program offered by Women Lead Change.
