Michael Davidian is currently serving as the Vice President of Business Operations at TrueNorth, a Series B software company. Prior to this, Michael was a Partner at Bellguard Capital Management, LP, and held roles at Lazard, Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, and the U.S. Courts of Appeals. Michael's expertise lies in leading finance, legal, and operations teams, overseeing financial planning and budgeting, managing legal work and operational matters, and collaborating with various teams for high growth strategies and execution. Michael holds a Doctor of Law degree from Yale Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale University.
