Michael Davidian

Michael Davidian is the Vice President of Business Operations at TrueNorth. Michael has over a decade of experience in the financial industry, having served as a Partner at Bellguard Capital Management, LP from 2009 to 2021. Prior to that, they were Vice President & Counsel at Lazard from 2006 to 2009, and an Associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP from 2003 to 2005.

Davidian began their career as a clerk for Chief Judge Scirica at the U.S. Courts of Appeals from 2002 to 2003. Michael then worked as a summer associate at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz in 2001 and Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP in 2000. In 1998, they interned at the White House and the United Nations.

Michael Davidian's educational career includes a Bachelor of Arts from Yale University and a Doctor of Law from Yale Law School.

Michael Davidian reports to Jin Stedge, Co-Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Jess Park - VP, People, Alexandra MacRae Conrad - VP, Operations, and Sanjaya Wijeratne - Co-Founder & CTO.
