Shaneese Holland has over 10 years of professional experience. Shaneese began their career in 2007 as a Front Office Agent at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta where they were awarded the "Gold Key" for delivering exceptional customer service with vendors, mentored and trained 10 new hires which increased productivity and team morale, and achieved a perfect score on corporate-sponsored secret shopper reviews. In 2010, they became a Marketing Coordinator at Nationwide Sports Scouts, producing 50+ athletic scholarships annually for clients at major universities such as UCLA, Oregon, and Grambling, advising the Owner in addition to growing the company's marketing and social media presence, and managing budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts. In 2011, they became a Lead Client Relations Specialist at Meliá Hotels International. In 2013, they became an Onboarding Specialist at Balfour Beatty US. In 2014, they became a Client Logistics Specialist at 1-800 Courier. Most recently, in 2020, they became an ICO Care Manager and Critical Projects Manager at TrueNorth - Profits to Truckers.

Shaneese Holland obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Psychology from Clark Atlanta University between 2005 and 2010. In October 2020, they became a certified Customer Success Manager Professional from Gainsight.
