Michelle Buteau

Michelle Buteau has extensive experience in account management and Salesforce training, currently serving as a Manager and Salesforce Trainer at TrueSource, LLC since September 2003. Expertise includes being a Salesforce Subject Matter Expert, aiding in system conversion to Salesforce (Vision 2020), and managing customer relationships and service contracts. Prior to joining TrueSource, Michelle worked as an Account Manager at NG&G Facility Services Int'l, where responsibilities included client acquisition until the company was acquired in November 2016. Additional roles at Trammell Crow Company and Phoenix Corporate Services further solidified skills in account management and customer service.
