Carrie Alderson is a seasoned recruitment specialist and entrepreneur, known for founding WhatIf in September 2011 to enhance recruitment processes with heart and clarity, particularly in the Financial Services, Fintech, and Professional Services sectors. As a Principal Consultant, Carrie has dedicated over a decade to assisting businesses in intentionally hiring leadership teams. In November 2024, Carrie launched Unplugged Moments, focusing on reconnecting families and communities in an increasingly digital world. Additionally, as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at Truestar Talent, Carrie identifies top talent in financial services, while previous roles include operations and business development in various organizations, notably at Shop Direct Group, where Carrie managed significant revenues.
