Vincent Dagommer

Vincent Dagommer is an experienced executive with a strong background in business development, transformation, and financial management within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. As an Operating Partner at Truffle Capital since February 2022, Vincent focuses on creating and financing disruptive innovations in Life Sciences and Information Technologies. Previously, Vincent held various leadership positions at Guerbet from 2010 to 2021, including Group Transformation Leader and VP of Post-Acquisition Integration, where responsibilities included managing significant global transformation programs and leading integrations of acquired companies. Vincent's earlier career includes notable roles at Novartis Consumer Health, where significant divestments and financial management were achieved, as well as positions at Bayer Pharma, COGEMA, and Lilly France, contributing to strong performance tracking and financial operations. Vincent holds an MBA from ESCP Business School and a Baccalauréat from Passy Saint-Nicolas de Buzenval.
