Karthik K has a diverse work experience in various technical recruiting and HR roles. Karthik started their career as a Technical Support Executive at Brigade Solutions in 2008. Karthik then worked as a Sr. Recruiter at Tech-Tammina from 2009 to 2011, where they focused on software development and digital transformation projects. Karthik then joined Virtue Group as a Sr. Recruiter from 2011 to 2013, specializing in helping organizations adopt the Google Cloud Platform. Karthik then worked as a Sr. Pharmaceutical Recruiter at Fortira from 2013 to 2014. Karthik joined Norwin Technologies as a Sr. Technical Recruiter from 2018 to 2020, where they provided full life-cycle recruiting services to Fortune 500 and Fortune 50 clients. Karthik then joined UST Global as a Sr. Technical Associate - Global Lateral Hiring from 2020 to 2021, focusing on digital transformation solutions. Currently, Karthik is working as a Sr. Technical Recruiter at TRUGlobal, where they deliver high-quality IT solutions leveraging the latest technologies.

Karthik K began their education in 1999 at Sri Swamy Vivekananda Public School, where they completed their 10th grade. From 2000 to 2002, they attended the Central Board of Secondary Education and pursued an intermediate degree in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. Karthik then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering at J.N.T.U from 2002 to 2008.

In addition to their formal education, Karthik K obtained a certification in Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn in January 2020.
