Jason Hartness

Jason Hartness is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in service management and infrastructure. Currently serving as Senior Manager of IT Client Services at TruGreen since August 2019, Jason oversees areas such as service desk operations, asset management, and enterprise monitoring. Prior experience includes roles as AVP/IT Manager at First Citizens Bank, where responsibilities included enterprise systems management, and a Senior IT Infrastructure Analyst at Duke Energy Corporation, focusing on BMC BEM/BPPM administration. Jason's career began as IT Director for Cherokee County Schools, managing technology departments and implementing significant network migrations. Jason holds a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Computer Information Systems from Western Carolina University.
