Scott Brown

Scott Brown is an experienced leader with a strong background in operations and customer service. Currently serving as the Director at TruGreen since March 2015, Scott oversees all call center operations and implements company policies to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction. Prior to this role, Scott spent nearly 17 years at Citi, where notable positions included VP, LATAM Commercial Card Operations Manager, and Senior Project Manager, focusing on operational activities and sales management. Scott began a career in education as a Science Teacher at Midland High School, where responsibilities included teaching various scientific disciplines and coaching multiple sports. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Northern State University, specializing in Biology and Chemistry.
