Zach Gelfand

Zach Gelfand serves as the Director of Growth Finance at TruGreen, leading a strategic finance team to enhance growth through customer acquisition, retention, and innovative pricing strategies. Previously, Gelfand held the position of Sr. Manager of Growth Finance and transitioned from marketing to finance within a short timeframe. A co-founder and CEO of Tonality Brewing Company, Gelfand oversaw finance and marketing operations for a successful craft brewery. Additional experience includes key marketing roles at Kellogg Company and Brunswick Boat Group, where Gelfand managed product innovation, strategic planning, and marketing budgets. Gelfand holds an M.B.A. in Marketing Management from DePaul University and a Professional Certificate in Digital Marketing from Northwestern University.
