Jennifer Lauren has a strong background in technology and leadership. Jennifer started their career at eJad in 2012 as a Technical Lead, where they played a key role in leading technical projects. In 2015, they joined SoftServe as an Engineering Manager, overseeing the engineering team's operations. Their most recent position is at TruGrid, where they hold the roles of Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder. As a CTO, they are responsible for driving the company's technology strategy and managing cross-functional engineering teams. Jennifer is known for their communication skills, leadership abilities, and delivering exceptional results.

Jennifer Lauren received their Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Henderson State University, where they studied from 2007 to 2010. After completing their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master's degree in Information Technology at Emory & Henry College from 2010 to 2012.
