Jaxton Garner

Jaxton Garner is an experienced Learning and Development professional with a strong background in training and customer support. Currently serving as Learning and Development Coordinator II at TruHearing since November 2022, Jaxton previously held the position of Training Lead at Atento, where responsibilities included directing a new training program for over 200 agents and implementing continuous training improvements. Jaxton also worked as a Corporate Trainer at Atento and ClearSource BPO, where a 100% graduation rate for new hire training was consistently achieved. Early career roles included Customer Support Team Lead and Assistant Team Lead at ClearSource BPO, alongside experience in retail sales with Spirit Halloween. Jaxton holds an Associate's Degree in Business from Salt Lake Community College.
