Bright Dickson currently serves as the Purpose, Diversity, and Inclusion Experience Lead at Truist, where experience includes roles as Senior Purpose Advisor and Culture Alignment and Activation Consultant since March 2020. Prior to this, Bright Dickson worked at The Truist Leadership Institute as a Senior Consultant from October 2017 to March 2020, and at The BB&T Leadership Institute as a Consultant from February 2015 to October 2017. Early experience includes a role as Head Staffwoman and Wilderness Guide at Keewaydin Camp from June 2001 to August 2010.
