Chrissy Weiss

Chrissy (Rumberger) Weiss is a seasoned professional in risk management and credit risk governance, currently serving as SVP - Head of Risk Shared Services & Integration at Truist since September 2025. In this role, Chrissy is instrumental in aligning risk management practices across various business units and advancing the strategic initiatives of the Risk Management organization. Prior to this, Chrissy held multiple senior leadership positions at Citizens and Truist, including SVP - Head of Unsecured Credit Risk at Citizens, overseeing a $20 billion portfolio, and various roles focused on consumer credit risk and governance at Truist and SunTrust. Chrissy's career began at Bank of America, where responsibilities included business development and marketing strategy. Education includes attendance at Goldey-Beacom College from 1992 to 1994.
