Eric Hines

Eric Hines, PMP, ITIL, is an accomplished technology and operations professional with extensive experience in software engineering and project management. Currently serving as Vice President and Software Engineering Director I at Truist, Eric leads the SAP Control Room for Strategic Planning & Operations, recognized in 2017 with the Data & Technology Services Olympian Award for exceptional client service and operational excellence. Previous roles include SAP Deployment Manager at Bank of America, where Eric directed deployment teams and managed production releases, along with positions in risk management and quality control at National Investors Title Insurance Company and Investors Title Company. Eric began a career in customer service and banking, holding various roles at SunTrust Bank, Wachovia Bank, and North Carolina State Employees Credit Union. Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
