Harry Gross

Harry Gross is an experienced banking leader currently serving as the East Tennessee Market President at Truist, a position held since December 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing commercial banking in the East Tennessee markets. Prior roles encompass leadership positions such as Greater Knoxville Market President and Executive Vice President for both Commercial Banking and Commercial Real Estate. Harry Gross has also held significant positions at SunTrust from 2001 to 2019, including Knoxville Market President and Executive Vice President, and previously worked at First American National Bank/Amsouth Bank.
