Heidi Wells

Heidi Wells is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of the Governance and Control Office at Truist, Heidi has previously held roles including Senior Vice President of Human Capital Enablement Partner for the Commercial Community Bank. At Truist, Heidi collaborated with multiple regional leaders to align human capital strategy with business objectives. Prior to Truist, extensive experience was gained at SunTrust Bank, where Heidi developed hiring strategies and managed recruitment teams across various functions. Additional earlier roles include regional management recruitment at Eckerd Drug Company and recruitment training at Comprehensive Computer Solutions. Heidi holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Radford University.
