Jeff James has over 18 years of experience in Operations Management, primarily with BB&T, now Truist. Currently serving as a VP and Vendor Manager, Jeff provides vendor risk oversight and compliance monitoring for more than 100 vendors within the Banking Operations unit. Previously, Jeff held various roles including Warehouse and Distribution Manager and Procurement Specialist, where they managed inventory and distribution processes for the organization. Jeff holds a BSBA in Business from High Point University and has furthered their education through programs at Wake Forest University and the BB&T Leadership Institute.
