Jeremy Harris

Jeremy Harris is currently serving as Vice President of Risk Strategy & Operations at Truist since September 2025. Previously, from November 2022 to September 2025, Jeremy worked at Protiviti as a Manager and Experienced Senior Consultant, where significant contributions included leading initiatives for a top 5 U.S. financial institution and establishing the first Black Employee Inclusion Network in the Charlotte office. Prior experience encompasses roles as Vice President at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, overseeing commercial credit lending, and as Assistant Vice President at Bank of America, managing a high-risk commercial loan portfolio. Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Queens University of Charlotte and has completed a Negotiation Skills certification from Harvard Division of Continuing Education. Additionally, Jeremy has served on the board of Queens University of Charlotte.
