Lindsay Joyner

Lindsay Joyner is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in recruitment and leadership development. Currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Recruiting and Programs at Truist since December 2019, Lindsay oversees recruitment processes and diversity initiatives. Previously, Lindsay held various leadership roles at BB&T, including SVP Group Recruiting Manager and SVP-Leadership Development Program Manager, where responsibilities encompassed candidate recruitment and development of new associates. An educational foundation includes a Master of Business Administration from Wake Forest University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Spanish from Salem College.
