Nevin Sheppard

Nevin Sheppard serves as the Executive Vice President and Business Unit Chief Risk Officer for Wholesale Bank at Truist since December 2019, also holding the title of Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer for Wealth Management. Prior to joining Truist, Nevin accumulated extensive experience at BB&T from June 1999 to December 2019, where roles included Commercial Chief Risk Officer, Senior Commercial Real Estate Loan Administration Manager, and Regional Loan Administrator, among others. Nevin's comprehensive background encompasses credit approval, environmental risk, and construction loan administration, as well as relationship management for corporate banking clients. Academic credentials include an MBA in Finance from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the College of Charleston. Additionally, Nevin attended the Stonier Graduate School of Banking, further enhancing expertise in the banking sector.
