Nick Annan

Nick Annan is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in security and investigations. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at Truist from May 2021 to May 2025, Nick previously held senior leadership roles at Fiserv, where as Director, responsibilities included leading physical security operations and supporting global security initiatives. Prior to Fiserv, Nick served in multiple key positions within the U.S. Department of Homeland Security from July 2015 to September 2020, including acting Assistant Director of HSI Domestic Operations, where management of investigative and enforcement activities for approximately 7,000 Special Agents was paramount. Additionally, Nick acted as Director of Homeland Security Investigations, overseeing the National Intellectual Property Rights Coordination Center, crucial in addressing global IP theft and enforcing trade laws to ensure national security.
