Rachel Livermore currently serves as VP - Sr. Learning Systems Consultant at Truist since December 2019, where responsibilities include leading quality assurance processes for learning technology platforms and managing customer issue resolution. With extensive experience at SunTrust, Rachel has held multiple leadership roles focused on talent development, performance management, and instructional design, contributing significantly to learning technologies. Prior experience includes positions at Wachovia Bank, where Rachel was instrumental in instructional design and training. Rachel Livermore holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Music Education from Berry College.
