Ritesh Rao

Ritesh Rao, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital strategy, transformation, and process optimization. Currently serving as SVP of Digital Strategy Performance Optimization at Truist since September 2022, Ritesh provides strategic direction to a team of AI/ML decision scientists, managing the enterprise digital portfolio's performance. Previously, as Vice President at Wintrust Financial Corporation, Ritesh spearheaded a shared services model and established an Intelligent Automation Center of Excellence. Ritesh has also held senior roles at Experian, TD Ameritrade, Citi, Dow Jones, and Taylor Communications, focusing on global business transformation, digital initiatives, and continuous improvement. Ritesh's educational background includes an MBA from the University of Connecticut, an executive program in Artificial Intelligence from Northwestern University, and a Master's degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology, complemented by a Bachelor's in Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
