Sean Mount

Sean Mount is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in business performance strategy and execution. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Director of Business Performance Optimization at Truist since March 2023, Sean leads performance reporting across the Retail and Small Business Bank. Previously, at Invesco Ltd. from June 2019 to March 2023, Sean managed enterprise-wide initiatives as Associate Director. During a tenure at SunTrust from August 2013 to June 2019, Sean held multiple leadership roles, including First Vice President of Omni Channel Strategy & Execution, focusing on sales performance, product improvement, and the implementation of remote video teller machines. Sean's career began with internships at Southern Company and Intec, following a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
