Sean Mount

Sean Mount serves as the Senior Vice President and Director of Business Performance Optimization at Truist, leading strategy and execution for business performance reporting in the Retail and Small Business Bank. Previously, Sean held the position of Associate Director at Invesco Ltd., managing enterprise-wide initiatives. Sean's extensive experience at SunTrust includes roles such as First Vice President for Omni Channel Strategy & Execution, where strategic management of channels and performance metrics was a focus, as well as Vice President and Assistant Vice President in Enterprise Strategy & Execution, overseeing project management and Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Sean began a career in finance with an internship at Southern Company and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
