Trip McQuagg

Trip McQuagg, CPA, currently serves as Senior Vice President of Accounting Operations Project Delivery at Truist, a position held since December 2019. Prior to this role, Trip progressed through various leadership positions within Truist, including Vice President of Accounting Operations Senior Manager and Vice President of Accounting Operations Manager. Earlier experience includes working at SunTrust from October 2014 to December 2019 as Accounting Projects Manager and Accounting Manager, where responsibilities encompassed maintaining the General Ledger and implementing Oracle journal entry modules. Prior to SunTrust, Trip was a Financial Analyst/Accountant II at TSYS and held a role as Accounting Specialist at Aflac. Trip earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Columbus State University between 2005 and 2010.
