Shawn Dryden is an experienced operations manager with a career spanning over two decades in the food processing industry. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Truitt Bros., Inc. since March 1998, Shawn oversees co-pack custom processing and freezing of a diverse range of seafood sourced from San Francisco to Canada. Prior to Truitt Bros., Inc., Shawn held the position of Production Manager at Inland Quick Freeze from April 1992 to March 1998, where responsibilities included managing the inspection and individual quick freezing (IQF) operations for raspberries and marion berries. Shawn holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Agricultural Engineering Technology and Business Management from Oregon State University, completed between 1980 and 1984.
